For your convenience, we TOY&JOY are trying to offer the best payment options to make shopping easy for you.

Our methods of payment are certified by independent safety organizations

Shipping Policy

TOY&JOY promises to provide you with the best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact and on time by our main delivery partners Aramex or Mashaweer

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

For the very first time in Egypt, TOY&JOY is now able to deliver on the day following your order in ALL EGYPT! This applies only to orders confirmed before 2 pm on business days

SAME DAY DELIVERY

For the very first time in Egypt, TOY&JOY is now able to deliver on the SAME DAY of your order in Greater Cairo, Alexandria and the North Coast! This applies only to orders confirmed before 2 pm on business days

Just proceed with your order and we’ll do the rest.

 

Return Policy

At TOY AND JOY, we are committed to deliver you the best shopping experience.

However, in case we sent you the wrong item, or the item is faulty, or even if you changed your mind after paying, TOYANDJOY will be happy to accept returns FREE OF CHARGE, provided that items returned are :

  • In the original packaging,
  • Sealed (except for faulty items),
  • With the product unused (except for faulty item)
  • Complete (no missing component)
  • And the stamped invoice attached.

 

Please note that if the item returned does not match these conditions, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you.

If your item matches these conditions, please call our customer service at
01069000411 , they will walk you though the process of shipping us back the items you want to return.

 Kindly note that items that have been returned without calling our customer service will be shipped back to customer.

 1) What if I was sent the wrong item?

Oops! This is our mistake and we apologize. Please report us the problem as soon as possible within a 7 days limit, and we will make sure that you get the item originally ordered.

 2) What if my item is faulty?

Please call TOY&JOY’s customer service and return us your defecting item within 14 days. We will replace it by a new item within 5 business days after reception of the faulty item.

Please note that if the item broke after it was first used, TOY&JOY’s liability is not engaged; you should therefore refer to the manufacturer. Trouble finding manufacturer’s neareast representative ? Just call TOY&JOY’s customer service and we will help you reach them !

 3) What if I changed my mind?

You can proceed to an exchange with another product sold on TOY&JOY, or get a refund (store voucher). Please note that customers asking for an exchange must ship back the original item in order to receive the replacement order.

1) In any case, items must be returned within 7 days from delivery date.
2) Items non eligible for return are:

  • Books
  • CDs
  • DVDs
  • Electronic memory devices (ex: USB, memory card, etc)
  • Stuffed Animals
  • Carnival and Halloween Costumes and accessories
  • Swimsuits
  • Perfumes and cosmetics
  • Personal care item

 

Delivery Practices

 1) Sealed items cannot be opened to be checked unless payment is processed, hence it is not possible for the customer to open, reject and send orders back with the same driver. This can only be done before opening the package

The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process will be carried out by contacting the Customer Service.

 2) Security

a) Orders must be delivered to a private address, e.g. home or work address. And please kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants
